Dracovish is the strongest general-purpose choice. Dracozolt is the next most straightforward offensive option.
All four are revived at level 10 and need substantial training when first obtained.

Dracozolt has good overall bulk and Attack. Bolt Beak becomes extremely strong when Dracozolt moves first, but the move arrives late, and a revived level-10 fossil needs significant training before it catches up with the team.
Train it until it catches up, favor accurate physical moves, and use speed support if building around Bolt Beak.
