Beheeyem Beheeyem Playthrough, Competitive, and Nuzlocke Usage
Using Beheeyem in a Playthrough
Elgyem evolves into Beheeyem at level 42, producing a very slow pure Psychic special attacker with base 125 Special Attack, 95 Special Defense, and only base 40 Speed. Psychic or Psyshock, Shadow Ball, Energy Ball, Thunderbolt, Signal Beam in older games, Recover, Calm Mind, Nasty Plot in some generations, and Trick Room support several offensive and defensive approaches. Analytic is especially effective outside Trick Room because it boosts the power of Beheeyem's attacks by 30 percent when it moves last, something its low Speed naturally encourages. Synchronize reflects burn, poison, or paralysis back to the opponent that caused it, while Telepathy protects Beheeyem from damaging moves used by allies in double battles. Trick Room reverses the normal Speed disadvantage and turns Beheeyem into a strong sweeper, but Analytic and Trick Room do not always complement one another because moving first under Trick Room can remove the Analytic boost. Quiet is ideal for Trick Room, while Modest or Bold can support slower wallbreaking or Recover sets.
Beheeyem in Competitive Pokémon
Beheeyem was a strong BW PU wallbreaker because base 125 Special Attack combines with Analytic to produce enormous damage whenever it moves after the opponent. Smogon describes it as one of the tier's most threatening breakers, capable of cleanly KOing many offensive Pokemon and heavily damaging even dedicated special walls. Recover, Nasty Plot or Calm Mind, Psychic, and Fighting- or Bug-type coverage in the era also let it function as a bulky setup attacker rather than only a Choice user. Its base 40 Speed creates a natural Trick Room niche in singles and doubles, while Telepathy provides useful doubles synergy with spread moves such as Earthquake. The main limitations are mediocre physical bulk, common Bug-, Dark-, and Ghost-type weaknesses, and the fact that its low Speed forces it to absorb attacks before Analytic-boosted retaliation when Trick Room is not active.
Beheeyem in Nuzlockes
Beheeyem's base 125 Special Attack can shorten fights dramatically, while Recover gives it a reliable way to restore health between exchanges. Its base 40 Speed is dangerous in ordinary play because opponents usually attack first, but a well-timed Trick Room can reverse that disadvantage and let a Quiet Beheeyem move before much faster enemies. Analytic rewards moving last with extra damage, so even outside Trick Room the low Speed is not completely wasted. Bug, Dark, and Ghost attacks are the primary threats, especially strong physical moves against its merely base 75 Defense. Synchronize can punish status and Telepathy is useful in doubles, but neither replaces careful matchup control; Beheeyem is safest when its huge Special Attack is used to end known favorable matchups quickly.

Beheeyem Biology and Behavior
Beheeyem communicates by flashing the red, green, and yellow digits on its hands in complex patterns that researchers have not fully decoded. It can manipulate memories directly, including erasing or rewriting them. Pokédex reports associate Beheeyem with mysterious disappearances of Dubwool from farms, and it is sometimes observed hovering over wheat fields. Animated portrayals expand its abilities further, showing Beheeyem constructing spacecraft and using powerful hypnosis to control other beings.

Beheeyem Size Comparison: BETA
Beheeyem is listed at 3' 3" (1.0 m) and shown in an in-chart visual comparison.

How is visual size determined?
Pokédex height is treated as the official listed measurement, but the chart uses pose-aware visual scaling so each sprite looks reasonable in a direct comparison.
For long or coiled Pokémon, the listed height may represent total body length rather than upright height. For Pokémon with floppy ears, leaves, feathers, antennae, wings, or other flexible features, the chart usually measures to the top of the solid, substantial part of the head or body instead of the tallest decorative feature.
The goal is not to replace the official height, but to make the artwork compare naturally at the size it appears to occupy.
