Using Mega Eelektross in a Playthrough
Tynamo evolves into Eelektrik at level 39, and Eelektrik evolves into Eelektross with a Thunder Stone. Standard Eelektross is a pure Electric mixed attacker with base 115 Attack, 105 Special Attack, 85 HP, and only base 50 Speed, but Levitate normally removes Electric's only weakness by granting complete immunity to Ground attacks. Thunderbolt or Discharge, Volt Switch, Wild Charge, Flamethrower, Giga Drain, Drain Punch, Knock Off, Crunch, Coil, and many other physical and special moves make Eelektross one of the most flexible coverage attackers in Unova. Its lack of ordinary type weaknesses is excellent, but Mold Breaker, Gravity, Smack Down, an Iron Ball, or similar effects can expose the Ground weakness that Levitate normally removes. Modest or Quiet suit special and mixed pivot sets, while Adamant can emphasize physical offense and Coil. Mega Eelektross keeps pure Electric typing but rises to base 145 Attack, 135 Special Attack, 90 Special Defense, and 80 Speed; in current ability-enabled data it gains Eelevate, which preserves Ground immunity and raises its highest stat by one stage whenever it scores a knockout.
Mega Eelektross in Competitive Pokémon
Standard Eelektross was a strong BW NU wallbreaker and pivot because Levitate effectively removed its only type weakness, while base 115 Attack, 105 Special Attack, and an unusually broad movepool made safe defensive answers difficult to identify. Volt Switch created slow momentum, and coverage such as Giga Drain, Flamethrower, Knock Off, Drain Punch, and various physical attacks meant conventional Ground-type answers to Electric Pokemon could be punished heavily. That same formula remained successful in later generations; SM Smogon described Eelektross as one of PU's best pivots because almost every matchup allowed it to make progress through damage, item removal, or Volt Switch. Mega Eelektross is much newer and should be separated from that established history. Current data gives the Mega 145 Attack, 135 Special Attack, 80 Speed, and Eelevate, preserving the Ground immunity while adding a snowballing highest-stat boost after each knockout; this creates a far more threatening cleaner, but it does not yet have the long historical tier résumé of standard Eelektross.
Mega Eelektross in Nuzlockes
The Eelektross line becomes extremely safe once it reaches Eelektrik because Levitate normally leaves the pure Electric typing with no weaknesses at all. That does not make the family invulnerable—its defenses are only moderate, Tynamo is frail, and Mold Breaker or effects that suppress Levitate can suddenly make Ground attacks super effective—but ordinary matchup planning is unusually forgiving. Volt Switch lets Eelektross deal damage while escaping unfavorable situations, Giga Drain and Drain Punch can restore health, and its broad mixed coverage means the player rarely needs to rely on inaccurate attacks. Mega Eelektross improves Speed and both offenses substantially while keeping a Ground immunity through Eelevate, making successful knockouts progressively more dangerous for the opponent. Quiet or Modest standard Eelektross is excellent for slow pivoting, while Mega Eelektross can justify more Speed-oriented natures because base 80 is much more workable.

Mega Eelektross Biology and Behavior
Mega Evolution greatly strengthens Eelektross's electricity-generating organs and causes them to secrete large quantities of electrified white mucus. That mucus forms two long structures on its arms resembling gelatinous Eelektrik, officially described as 'false Eelektrik,' through which Mega Eelektross discharges much of its electricity. It produces roughly ten times as much electricity as the standard form and can stun extremely large Pokemon such as Wailord. The false Eelektrik also stabilize it in water and allow it to swim nearly twice as fast, while its electrical output is strong enough to keep the entire body levitating continuously.

Mega Eelektross Size Comparison: BETA
Mega Eelektross is listed at 9' 10" (3.0 m) and shown in an in-chart visual comparison.

How is visual size determined?
Pokédex height is treated as the official listed measurement, but the chart uses pose-aware visual scaling so each sprite looks reasonable in a direct comparison.
For long or coiled Pokémon, the listed height may represent total body length rather than upright height. For Pokémon with floppy ears, leaves, feathers, antennae, wings, or other flexible features, the chart usually measures to the top of the solid, substantial part of the head or body instead of the tallest decorative feature.
The goal is not to replace the official height, but to make the artwork compare naturally at the size it appears to occupy.
