Using Enamorus Incarnate in a Playthrough
Enamorus is a very late legendary rather than a normal Legends: Arceus team member. It becomes available through the postgame Forces of Nature quest after the player has dealt with Tornadus, Thundurus, and Landorus, so it contributes mainly to completion and optional late battles rather than the core story. It is unobtainable natively in Scarlet and Violet and must be transferred through Pokémon HOME there; the Reveal Glass changes it freely between Incarnate and Therian Forme. Both forms are Fairy/Flying, granting complete immunity to Dragon and Ground plus strong Fighting and Bug resistances, but they are weak to Electric, Ice, Poison, Rock, and Steel. Incarnate Forme has 135 Special Attack and 106 Speed with only 70 Defense, making it a fast special wallbreaker, while Therian Forme keeps the same 135 Special Attack but redistributes Speed down to 46 in exchange for 110 Defense and 100 Special Defense. Abilities do not function in Legends: Arceus, but when Enamorus is used in Scarlet/Violet, Incarnate Forme can use Contrary to reverse stat changes while Therian Forme has Overcoat, protecting it from powder moves and weather chip. Moonblast is the most reliable Fairy STAB, while Earth Power, Mystical Fire, Psychic, and physical Superpower can cover Steel- and Poison-oriented answers; Contrary can even turn Superpower's usual Attack and Defense drops into boosts in main-series battles. Incarnate is normally the better choice for immediate offense, whereas Therian's much greater bulk suits slower teams or situations where surviving a hit matters more than moving first.
Enamorus Incarnate in Competitive Pokémon
Enamorus entered standard competitive play only after Pokémon HOME made the Legends: Arceus species usable in Scarlet and Violet, but Incarnate Forme immediately established itself as a genuine OU Pokémon. Its combination of 135 Special Attack, 106 Speed, Fairy/Flying STAB, Earth Power, Mystical Fire, and Contrary gives it excellent wallbreaking coverage and makes otherwise defensive stat-lowering moves such as Spirit Break or Parting Shot potentially dangerous for the opponent to use. Choice Specs and Heavy-Duty Boots sets focus on Moonblast and coverage, while Calm Mind, Agility, or mixed Contrary Superpower variants exploit its unusual 115 Attack in addition to the much higher Special Attack. Current Smogon data still classifies Incarnate Enamorus as OU, and it remains a valuable offensive piece because Fairy STAB pressures Dragons, Fighting-types, and many neutral targets while Ground immunity gives it useful entry opportunities. Therian Forme has a much more defensive 74/110/100 bulk profile but only base 46 Speed; it is currently RUBL and uses Calm Mind, Moonblast, Earth Power, Mystical Fire, and Overcoat to function as a slow bulky breaker or setup sweeper. The forms therefore are not interchangeable: Incarnate's Speed is the key to its sustained OU relevance, while Therian sacrifices that speed for substantial physical and special durability. Enamorus has no Generation VIII Smogon usage-tier history despite debuting in a Generation VIII title because Legends: Arceus uses a different battle structure and the species was not transferable into Sword and Shield.
Enamorus Incarnate in Nuzlockes
Enamorus is only available very late in Legends: Arceus, so its practical Nuzlocke value depends heavily on whether the run includes postgame content and allows legendary encounters. Fairy/Flying is excellent for controlled switching because Dragon and Ground attacks do nothing and Fighting and Bug deal only one-quarter damage, but five separate weaknesses mean blind switching is still dangerous. Incarnate Forme's base 106 Speed is much safer for cleaning weakened opponents, whereas Therian Forme's base 46 Speed often forces it to absorb a hit before attacking despite its improved defenses. In Scarlet/Violet challenge formats, Contrary can produce unusual safe opportunities by reversing enemy stat drops, but the player should not assume that benefit in Legends: Arceus because conventional Abilities are absent there. Moonblast and Earth Power are reliable, perfectly accurate core attacks, while Springtide Storm's imperfect accuracy makes it less attractive when a miss could cost the run. Healing Wish should normally be avoided in strict permadeath play because it causes the user to faint in exchange for healing a teammate. Incarnate is the safer offensive form when moving first prevents damage, while Therian is better when a specific known hit must be survived.

Enamorus Incarnate Biology and Behavior
Incarnate Enamorus is a female-only member of the forces of nature known in Hisui as both the Herald of Spring and the God of Spring. It arrives in Hisui from across the sea as winter ends, and legend claims that the love it brings causes new life to bud throughout the region. Despite that association with love and renewal, Enamorus is highly vengeful toward anyone who disrespects living things and descends from the clouds to administer ruthless punishment. It controls winds filled symbolically with both love and hate and can surround itself with a wind barrier for protection. Its seasonal behavior is partly migratory: it dislikes cold weather, appears when spring returns, and remains in Incarnate Forme while residing within a region.

Enamorus Incarnate Size Comparison: BETA
Enamorus Incarnate is listed at 5' 3" (1.6 m) and shown in an in-chart visual comparison.

How is visual size determined?
Pokédex height is treated as the official listed measurement, but the chart uses pose-aware visual scaling so each sprite looks reasonable in a direct comparison.
For long or coiled Pokémon, the listed height may represent total body length rather than upright height. For Pokémon with floppy ears, leaves, feathers, antennae, wings, or other flexible features, the chart usually measures to the top of the solid, substantial part of the head or body instead of the tallest decorative feature.
The goal is not to replace the official height, but to make the artwork compare naturally at the size it appears to occupy.
